Our Exchange Policy is Very Flexible Provided That:

  • The product is unused.
  • The price label and tags are intact.
  • You have the purchase invoice.
  • The exchange is made within 14 days of purchase.

If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at return@highmadeintl.com within 14 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 14 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it’s already opened or tampered with in any way. Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in High Made branded flyers.
